Eric is a graduate of San Diego State University. After time spent in the retail space for many years (Eric owned several furniture stores in Southern California), he understands why and how important customer service is to the client, albeit a single end user or an attorney or financial planner. With over 15 years of experience, Eric is well-versed in estate planning, divorce appraisals, date of death appraisals, tax appeals, expert witness testimony, lending appraisals, and much more.

His expertise extends to providing accurate and reliable valuations for all types of residential properties, including income properties. Having started his career in a competitive market like Southern California, he has developed a keen understanding of the region’s real estate dynamics. Eric is dedicated to upholding the highest standards of the appraisal profession, ensuring that each assessment adheres to the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP).
